Terms and conditions
Payments can be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
We post products/items within Australia only, using a standard postage service with tracking (when available).
If your order requires urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the postage options (and associated costs) available.
If there is an error in the calculation of your postage costs, we'll contact you prior to processing your order.
Our delivery providers may change their fees from time to time, and therefore, our postage fees may also vary.
Orders will usually be mailed within 2-3 business days. We ask for your patience, as the handling period may vary, and/or the delivery providers may be subject to delays for various reasons.
Payment already received for products or postage fees will not be refunded if you return the goods, change your mind on your purchase, or have made an incorrect selection.
If we need to contact you about your order, and cannot contact you using the contact details provided in the order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel your order and refund any money paid.
If your order is lost, or damaged upon receipt, please contact us (and provide photographic evidence where possible) to discuss a suitable resolution.
